AHNU.Co Return Policy:

We will happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt from customers who purchased their AHNU® product from AHNU.Co, or an authorized AHNU retailer.

If you did not purchase directly from AHNU.Co we will provide you with an AHNU.Co site credit if approved. We do not offer a refund for products that are not purchased directly from AHNU.Co.

Products must be returned in the original packaging, footwear needs to be returned as a complete pair and any other components included. Products not in this condition will not be accepted. Products must be accompanied by a receipt/invoice or a gift receipt. Returned products must be in our current product line, which is posted on AHNU.Co.

Any AHNU products with alleged defective materials or workmanship should be returned or exchanged under our Limited Warranty Policy.

Monogrammed, personalized products, Gift Cards, and “red lined” (products with a red line through the tag) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For purchases from an authorized AHNU retailer, you have 30 days from date of purchase to return your AHNU product(s) through AHNU.Co and are required to coordinate and pay for all return shipping costs to our designated distribution center. These costs are non-refundable. AHNU is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you ship your package using a trackable shipping method. We recommend using UPS®, FedEx® or USPS® regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until the return process is complete. We will require this information if you need to contact us regarding your return.

Once we receive your returned product and inspect it to ensure it meets the condition as stated in this Return Policy, if purchased from AHNU.Co. we will either provide you a refund back to your original form of payment or, if requested, we will ship your requested exchange product to you without charging any additional shipping fees. If purchased from an authorized AHNU retailer, after receipt and inspection, we will issue you an AHNU.Co site credit.

Note: your credit or debit card might take a few days to reflect this, which may not happen until your next billing cycle. It’s possible to send cat videos using laser beams from deep space but refunds don’t show up on statements for a while. We don’t get it either.

The new product may still be subject to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Most returns and exchanges process shortly after carrier scan, but returns will need to be verified and processed by our distribution center team. Please allow approximately 15 days from the date we receive your return to process your return or exchange, with additional time for shipping allotted for any exchanges. Processing timeframes may vary based on volume.

Unfortunately, many retailers are subject to fraudulent return activity. From time to time, AHNU may suspend or cancel payment or refuse a refund or exchange request if AHNU finds evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful or other manipulative behavior that entitles AHNU to a corresponding counterclaim. Except where prohibited by law, AHNU reserves the right to ask for a valid government-issued photo identification for all returns/exchanges. Returning an AHNU Product Purchased from an Authorized AHNU Retailer:

We do accept returns from authorized AHNU retailers to potentially receive a site credit for the value of the returned product. You can use the site credit to replace the returned product with a product of your choice available from AHNU.Co for the value of the returned product at time of return. All site credits expire if not used within one year from date of issue. Any site credits will be at the value of the returned product stated on our AHNU.Co website at the time of return or at a retail price as otherwise determined by AHNU if not sold on our website. We are not responsible for additional markups incurred through the original purchase from an authorized AHNU retailer. We cannot issue any refunds.

Returning a Gift:

Sometimes you get a gift and find yourself saying, “oh, this is nice, I guess”. We get that, and we want you happy. So if the gift isn’t right for you, we offer a flexible return policy for gifts.

Eligibility for Gift Returns:

• Proof of Purchase: Gift returns must be accompanied by a gift receipt or proof of purchase.
• Condition of the Product: Shoes must be unworn, in the original condition, and in their original packaging.
• Return Period: Gifts can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please note, if you choose not to use the pre-paid shipping label, we recommend sending your package via a trackable method. We recommend using UPS®, FedEx® or USPS® regular ground service and obtaining a tracking number. If you do not use the pre-paid shipping label, you will not be reimbursed for your shipping cost and AHNU is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

Consequently, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for items purchased from the original AHNU brand.
