The Ahnu Return and Exchanges Policies
Returns for Warranty Evaluation
The AHNU® warranty applies to footwear less than one year old from the date of purchase. It applies to defective materials and workmanship. All items sent to AHNU® which are past one year old from date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Ahnu product from a retailer other than www.Ahnu.com, the Ahnu call center or through Ahnu® mail order. We will process your return for an exchange or a credit. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us.
AHNU® can offer an exchange or credit. We do not perform any repairs.
Please note that if credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit will expire if not used within one year from the date of issue.
Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order that they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks.
Exchanges will be shipped via ground service at no cost to the customer.
In order for us to properly process your return, we kindly ask that you print and complete all information requested in the PDF (available to download at the top of this page) and include it inside the box before shipping it to us via a trackable shipping method to the return address provided on the form.
Returns for exchange or store credit
Please use this form ONLY if you did NOT purchase your Ahnu® product from www.Ahnu.com, the Ahnu® Footwear customer service line.
We gladly accept returns from customers who purchased their Ahnu® product from a retailer other than www.Ahnu.com, or the Ahnu® customer service line. We will process your return for an exchange or a credit. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from us.
Items must be in new an unused condition. Returns received with any dirt or wear and tear will be returned with no action taken. Items to be exchanged are subject to current product availability which can be viewed on the website.
